Human Resources Outsourcing Association Offers Organizations Considering Outsourcing and Advisory Firms Complimentary Attendance to Winter 05 Learning Workshops
The Human Resources Outsourcing Association (HROA), a non-profit association dedicated to promoting professionalism in, and best practices of, human resources outsourcing (HRO), today announces that it will offer organizations considering outsourcing as an alternative, and HRO industry analysts and advisory firms complimentary, non-credit (audit) attendance to Certified Professional Outsourcing (CPO) learning workshops scheduled for January and February 2005.
Nashua, NH December 27, 2004 -- The Human Resources Outsourcing Association (HROA), a non-profit association dedicated to promoting professionalism in, and best practices of, human resources outsourcing (HRO), today announces that it will offer organizations considering outsourcing as an alternative, and HRO industry analysts and advisory firms complimentary, non-credit (audit) attendance to Certified Professional Outsourcing (CPO) learning workshops scheduled for January and February 2005.
Using Outsourcing as an HR Strategy and Legal Aspects of HR Outsourcing will respectively be offered in a one-day, workshop style format to maximize all participants learning experiences. The workshops will be offered on January 19 and 20, 2005 in Lincolnshire, IL; January 26 and 27, 2005 in Washington D.C., and February 3 and 4, 2005 in Morris Plains, NJ.
A key component of the overall mission of the HROA is to support the HRO industry through education and the promotion of best practices, and elevating the HR profession by enabling individuals to attain the HRO industrys first, and only, professional designation - the Certified Professional Outsourcing ("CPO") designation.
Michael Beygelman, Executive Director of the HROA said, The HROA believes that HRO is a catalyst for practical, strategic and efficient Human Resources Management. Mr. Beygelman continued, This winter were delighted to extend a warm welcome to buyers of outsourcing services, industry analysts and advisory firms, to attend on a complimentary basis the HRO industrys first, and only, standardized educational curriculum; to increase their awareness of relevant HRO issues and to enhance the skills that are necessary to assess or implement more holistic HRO solutions.
Open registration for the learning workshops has already begun. Buyers of outsourcing services, industry analysts and advisory firms are extended a unique complimentary invitation to attend.
